Remote maintenance

Modern control systems or process engineering solutions are often linked via PC to the Internet or can be reached via the Internet.
With this basis remote maintenance for fault diagnostics, reprogramming or parameter assignment for the system is possible if necessary. We use the "Teamviewer" programme for remote maintenance.

How remote maintenance functions:

• If necessary, you call us and after being prompted to do so, you download the programme below to your computer and start it by double-clicking.
• After the start you name us the displayed ID and the password and the connection to your desktop is established.
• You can follow our access to your computer and everything we do on it as if we were sitting next to you.
• After completion the connection is terminated and access is again interrupted permanently.
